Emerald Global Consulting, Inc. has the capability to assist our client in product and process launches at the manufacturing or prototype facilities.

PRODUCT DEFECT CONTAINMENT AND SORTING

Though there are many companies that provide this service, Emerald provides both the sorting and quality reporting activities. During the launch phase, we can combine this activity with launch support activities. We believe in documenting the issues and developing statistical chart of the issues for our customers and work with suppliers to develop and implement solutions to resolve the issues using lean and six-sigma methodologies. We can proactively work directly in our customer’s process points to identify and contain the defects and support quality data analysis..
